About Me

Hi, I'm Sara!

Originally a New Jersey transplant, I've lived in Los Angeles for almost ten years. I love hiking, exploring and anything that has to do with the water. I consider myself to be very straight forward with a calm demeanor. I love chatting over a cup of coffee and sometimes my geeky side comes out once you've gotten to know me.

Producer by Day....

.... Event Coordinator by night! I've been in the event industry since college, working on everything from sporting events, live concerts and charity fundraisers, to premiere parties, weddings, and robot competitions. I'm currently a television producer, which uses the creative side of my brain, but the logistical and technical side of my brain craves exercise on a regular basis. I love the tiny nuances that go into making an event a success, so I decided to put my expertise to work on side projects, giving me the opportunity to look forward to the challenges that event coordinating provides.

Above and Beyond

One of the things I pride myself on is that I have a "can do" attitude. Have a low budget and need to repurpose things? I'm ready to repurpose floral arrangements from your wedding ceremony into bar decorations. Dumpster bins getting too full? I'm not shy about hopping in and stomping it down. (Seriously, I've literally done that.)

Keep Calm and Trust Your Coordinator

When working an event, you must always expect the unexpected; it's the nature of the beast.  One of my strengths is being able to stay calm while thinking quickly on my feet and troubleshooting on the fly. I have always been able to tackle whatever problems have come my way, and you'll never know there were hiccups.

Let's Make This Happen!

I am so excited to get to know you and your story, and to work on your event with you. My job is to guide you through this experience. I want to make you feel empowered. I feel that you, the client, enjoy the fruits of your labor more when you are the one actively making the decisions and calling the shots. I'm here as a sounding board, idea factory and executor of grand plans, as well as being a source of support physically, mentally and emotionally. Planning an event of any size can sometimes get stressful, but my goal is to help you enjoy this process and make this day your own.
